Interim AAF Credential Issuance
Please follow the steps below to request your credential:
1) email the completed form below to aaf@auscert.org.au.
2) Fax your proof of identity along with the completed form to AusCERT
(Fax: (07) 3365 7031)
Disclaimer: This credential will be issued solely to be used under the AAF testbed federation level 2, once the AAF goes into production and/or your institution implements their own IdP your account will be canceled.
What happens with the information you provide to us?
AusCERT will process your request form and pass the following information on to the AAF Virtual Home Identity Provider (IdP) to create your account.
- Full name
- Preferred login name
- email address at institution
- Service required
AusCERT will attempt to keep the faxed information confidential and will not transfer it to any other parties without prior consent from the applicant.
AusCERT may contact your institution to confirm your affiliation status.
Your login name will be used as your eduPersonPrincipalName attribute, with the security scope @aaf.edu.au. The attributes, eduPersonPrincipalName, email, and your full name will be released to the Service Providers you access via the AAF Shibboleth service.
The IdP will attempt to log account creation and user authentication events for audit.
